The Design of Pro Blocks
After years of having to fabricate our own blocks out of different materials in order to achieve the show-winning arrow-straight finishes for which we are renowned, we made the ultimate block.
These are perfect for both wet and dry sanding since they include an ergonomic EPDM foam handle that is lightweight and has a closed-cell structure that doesn't absorb water and a polycarbonate base that comes in different thicknesses. Because of this, they are both lightweight and will provide you with the smoothest finish imaginable.
With three distinct base thicknesses, the blocks come in a range of lengths and widths, from stiff to flexible, so you may find a block for almost any type of panel. These will undoubtedly highlight the highs and lows on your panel, enabling you to quickly and efficiently get your panels as flat as possible while also saving you money and time.
You can purchase any of our sanding blocks separately or in various sets that are designed to meet particular requirements.
Our show finish lacquer blocks, which are intended for sanding down the lacquer for that show-winning flat shine, are also offered. The only way to achieve that mirror-flat sheen is to use these, which are again produced in a variety of sizes and thicknesses to fit the curvature of different panels.

The best flat finish can be achieved with sticky sand paper because Velco adds a cushion that can "absorb" small defects.
